In this archive he voices Kakuranger’s final leader, the yōkai overlord Daimaou. As his filmography shows, he had long been the voice behind major villains across tokusatsu and anime — Baron Ashura in Mazinger Z, General Shadow in Kamen Rider Stronger — and here too his voice is given to the series’ final boss.
